This page is an answer to the frequent question, what do I use, prefer, like, etc. I do like most of the knives in my collection. As of the use, obviously, I can not use 250 knives at the same time. I do have my preferences, although the number of the knives I like a lot, is far greater than I can carry on me, or use at a time ;) Therefore, I have to rotate. The list changes constantly, as new knives arrive, I rediscover the old ones, just a mood change, etc. Well, no complaints. I prefer it that way. Variety, choice, that is much more interesting ;).
