Ikasaki ( イカサキ)
- Specialized small knife for breaking down squid. Similar to Makiri, but with more round spine and the heel slightly sticking out below the handle.

Characteristics

  • Typically a Single Grind knife.
  • Common Blade Length - 105-135mm(4.13-5.31")
  • Blade Length Range - 90-150mm(3.54-5.91")
