V2(Takefu) - Takefu carbon steel. Relatively simple alloy, with trace amounts of Cr. Sort of replacement of Hitachi Shirogami(White) #2 steel. Not as pure as Hitachi alloys though. Capable of 63-64HRC. Used by Yoshikane in their Tamamoku line of knives and probably others a well.
