Super Hi Mo(Firth-Sterling) - Cobalt-Molybdenum high speed tool steel. Also has small amount of Tungsten(W). Can reach up to 65HRC. High on carbides, and because of that it'll be better off with coarse edge. Due to the lower Carbon content in M30 both, AISI M2 and AISI M4 high speed tool steels are better performers in knives and much more popular too.

Manufacturing Technology - Ingot

Country - United States(US)

NOTE - Approximate composition based on manufacturer's or standard reference information and other alloys in the same reference group is shown.
