Vasco Tuf(Vasco Metal) - Medium Carbon steel, no longer in production, however there are a couple sites that offer it. I guess they could produce it on order. Vasco Tuf, as its name might suggest is the tougher version of the Vasco Die steel. As such it would be better suited for large, heavy duty blades. It is a semi stainless steel, having almost 8% Chromium and medium Carbon content, i.e. not a lot of Chromium will become bound in carbides.
Manufacturing Technology - Ingot
