Tosagata Bocho ( 土佐型包丁)
- A regional variation of the bunka bocho (home cooking knife) from the Tosa region of Shikoku island. It is light and thin, and has a smaller blade height than a santoku.


  • Typically a Double Grind knife.
  • Common Blade Length - 150mm(5.91")
  • Blade Length Range - 105-165mm(4.13-6.5")
  • Average Blade Thicnkess - 5-2.5mm(0.2-0.1")
