Nakiri Higashigata ( 東型菜切 )
- Less common type of Nakiri with rounded heel. It is also taller towards the front than it is at the heel. Also called kantogata nakiri.

  • Typically a Double Grind knife.

  • Blade Length Range - 120-240mm(4.72-9.45")
